The Samsung HZ50W is a bridge camera with a 26x optical zoom and a CCD sensor 1/2.3-inch. The range goes from 26 to 676mm equivalent. This means compared to a 35mm format o for digital people, full frame.
RAW files can be obtained for post-processing, offering the manual mode for new generations. It is a good camera, easy to use until the f-stop and aperture need to be adjusted. It is good to read the manual to figure out how to move from f-stop to aperture adjustment, and do not mess with the time.
Also, it is easy to get underexposed when zooming in becase f-stop went up. Keep in mind to review the exposure before cooking the shutter.
The camera can be found for about $50 USD that is not a bad deal.
