  • Do you accept returns?

    Our policy does not accept returns. We honor eBay's returns policy for items not as described. A refund will be granted after the purchased item is returned and revised.

  • Do you combine shipment?

    Yes! We do combine shipments. After you have purchased the items, please email us, and we will provide you with the invoice for the combined shipment.

  • Do you accept offers for items listed?

    Yes! We do accept reasonable offers. Do not be afraid to shoot us an offer.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes! We do ship internationally using eBay's international service only.

  • Do you test items before listing it?

    Yes! We do test items before they are listed on eBay. If the item works, it will be listed, and at the end of the listing name will appear [Works]. If the item does not work as expected, at the end of the listing name will appear [Parts], and further details will be added to the description.

  • What did happen if my purchase arrive broken?

    If your purchase arrives broken, please contact us and send us pictures of the box and the damaged item. All shipments are covered up to the sold value. You might be available to perform a claim with the shipment company, or we will provide you a refund if the damage was due to wrong shipment management by USPS.
