Small camera from the early 2000s

A small camera with a 1/1.8” sensor (smaller sensor than the Samsung Galaxy S24). With an aperture of f/2.8 for wide range and f/4.7 for telephoto. Let’s see which pictures we can get.

The camera can be used in manual mode, getting it on by the menu. Only two F stops are available (f/2.8 and f/4.7), but the shutter speed is widely configurable from 15 seconds to 1/1000 seconds.

F-Stop f/2.8

ISO-50

Exposure 1/1000

Focal lenght 8mm (39mm equivalent 35mm)

F-Stop f/2.8

ISO-50

Exposure 1/250

Focal length 8mm (39mm equivalent on 35mm)

The camera quality of the pictures is good for a 20+ years old device. I love the build quality. Seems not to be made from cheap plastic.

For a camera having only 6 Mpixels and a sensor size of 1/1.76-inch. The photos looks good. The manual mode allows to play with only two f-stops (2.8 and 4.7).

I did have fun with the camera.

The old camera keeps working
